Happy Labor Day my humans!💗🙂 it’s always great to know you have a tribe you can trust and be yourself with. Am I wrong?🙃 During this past couple of years, we have shared this traumatic experience called the pandemic. It was tough to be with friends and family. I luckily had Aurora and social media, but that human connection is crucial in being able to face challenging times like the pandemic has. This month I discovered it’s more fun healing and growing with others. September is #nationalyogamonth and a benefit of discovering yoga is the loving, kind, passionate, strong, courageous, joyful, funny, beautiful, fortitude of friends you may meet.
