Cut and Flow Studio’s mission is “to help people establish and grow their self worth and self confidence through group fitness.”
The studio offers two types of classes: Their XForner classes and yoga classes. The XFormer classes are a unique workout that uses a dedicated fitness machine and focuses on high intensity, slow resistance training to maximize results with zero harsh impact on the joints. Their yoga classes use the yoga asanas, or physical postures, to create length and space in our muscles and connective tissues.
