Bothell’s biggest annual event is better than ever! Our Fourth of July Hometown Celebration features a day of activities. Here’s the run-down of events:

• Fourth of July Pancake Feed at the Park at Bothell Landing, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
• Children’s Parade on Main Street at 11:15 a.m.
• Grand Parade on Main Street at 12 p.m.
• Northshore Veterans Memorial Car Show at Pop Keeney Field, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

July 4th and barbecue go together like summer and the PNW sun! Get your barbecue fix at one of the best barbecue joints in the Pacific Northwest and host a picnic with loved ones at one of Bothell’s many parks. Admire the fireworks at night

Though Bothell doesn’t put on its own fireworks show, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them in nearby cities! After a day in Bothell, head into Seattle for Seafair Summer Fourth, one of the nation’s best fireworks shows. Stake a spot at Gas Works Park for a hilltop view or Lake Union Park for a darker sky view — the show begins at 10:15 p.m.

Another fantastic, can’t-miss fireworks show is the Thunder On the Bay Fireworks show in Everett. The 20-minute show is set to launch over Port Gardner Bay and its soundtrack will be broadcast on the radio.
